400 backlinks lost and rankings came back!

Written by June Beezy on April 25, 2008 – 1:48 am -

Okay . . . . When I first started my case study, I was very tempted to get back links FAST, so I joined this service that promised to gave me over 5000 backlinks instantly. Why would I join a service like that? Because three years ago, they actually did work. I tried it with WDclub too and they did show gains in search engines back in the day.

But since these days google doesn’t like that (which is good for all) after about three days, I canceled it. As the goal with my case study was to do everything the ‘white hat’ way or the ‘right way’ and see where it can take us.
Now after I was assured that it was canceled, I still found my link on their network sites. Now the thing is all the white hat link building that I was doing wasn’t really showing up??? So I knew it was because of this instant backlink crap. I mean I did get 800 links under my anchor text in my first 3 weeks. So after spamming the crap out of the site who wouldn’t remove my link through their feedback form - they finally listened and removed it all from their database.

Now just after two weeks - my rankings shot the f up! Under the exact keywords that I used ‘white hat’ backlink practices on.

In fact its currently sitting on page two for my main keyword - after a little article marketing - I’ll be killing it.

So what has this shown us?

1. Instant backlinks from sites like that SUCK - especially if your anchor text isn’t varied.

When I tried varying my anchor text with the article marketing sites for one of my clients, it worked the next day!

I believe one way backlinks from everywhere help - it’s just the anchor text that needs to be different - relevant but different. Especially if you are getting hundreds of link in like 3 days.

Since I instantly got one way backlinks for just one anchor text, Google totally removed my case study site under that keyword - you couldn’t even find it in the 1000 results search.

And the lesson is?

Slow and steady wins the race - don’t treat your site like a fully loaded warehouse full of ‘YaYo’ that needs to be distributed immediately. Or your site will dissappear just as fast as the coke up your nose! A quick fix will lead to nothing but $hi#

PS: I got the ‘YaYo’ example from my ‘Scarface’ game on xbox - I’m not a drug dealer lol - unless the drug is ‘internet marketing’.

PPS: God I feel like a total geek lol

PPPS: I’m really happy my rankings are back for my case study - very nice!

Unique Article Wizard Works!

Written by June Beezy on April 17, 2008 – 2:43 am -

I can’t believe it!

The results came in so fast. I was recently using it for one my clients and I was blown away. I just followed the Unique Article Wizard’s formula (I can’t disclose it because they make you sign a non-disclosure agreement), and the NEXT day, I REPEAT, the NEXT day, I saw the rankings for my client’s site get on the first page of google for that term. Three terms actually because I used it in the anchor text.

I thought anchor text stuff was slowly fading away but not when it comes to this service. I use to use Articlemarketer.com and got some decent results but since they just publish all the same article everywhere, its nearly not as effective as the Unique Article Wizard. A service that actually works the next day! WOW!

Even my clients were blown away. Especially THEIR own SEO person. The gentleman’s pic that you see above is the founder and I really loved the overall service - its truly amazing. GREAT JOB!

Now . . .

I’m going to apply it to my case study in the next few days and than we’ll see what happens :)

Satisfied 110%!

Thanks Dr. Noel :) , click below and get started!

7 days till I’m back KILLING it on eBay

Written by June Beezy on April 14, 2008 – 12:16 am -

Hottest eBay Categories Free eBook

Hey y’all!

Just checked that it’s 7 more days than I can sell on eBay again. I recently got suspended because my shipments were falling behind and naturally a lot of people requested refunds. I will still ship to all of them and I don’t care if they pay me. I believe I lost about 11 X 12.97 dollars.

Even a couple negative feedback on ebay can screw your business up but you live and learn. Plus I have over 800 feedbacks so its all good.

Lesson is to ALWAYS provide tracking numbers. I’m going to be using Canada Post with tracking now. No problemo!

Now . . .

I’m going to drop the price of the product on my website, and get back to building my list through ebay.

Not because I want to match the exact price I was selling it on eBay (People go to ebay for bargains that is why I originally sold my ‘Home Booze Kit’ for just $12.97), but because my sales dropped a lot even AFTER my autoresponders. People were visiting but weren’t taking action - because the price was too high for them - and some minor lack or credibility and other factors which I’m still working on to increase conversion.

Plus in these 30 days, I’ve been generating some decent traffic (1500 visitors a month) and more importantly, got my shipping and pretty much lots of things figured out on the website too (Free information, testimonials, FAQs etc).

This also gave me time to really improve my sales letter - I’m currently getting 5-8 leads a day. I expect to double that or more when eBay gets started.

Unique product + eBay + Website = Really good money!

Let’s do some math . . .

Originally, I was making about 2-3 sales a day just off ebay.

With my website and eBay working together, if I can generate a minimum 10 sales a day (Looking better than 10 actually once my feedback rating goes up), that is:

12.97 X 10 = $129.7 a day!

or $3891 a month!

Would you consider that a full-time business? Well . . . I would be happy once that number goes over 10gz a month but that would be a nice start :)

Let the slaughter BEGIN!

I’ll keep you posted :) - can’t wait!

PS: Keep in mind I started this hardly 4 months ago :) - you better sign up to my newsletter if you know what is good for you!
